These terms apply to dwcslovakia.com, the DWC Slovakia website operated by ZURAN LLC, a United States company. ZURAN LLC is the seller of merchandise offered through this website.

2. Current website and store status

The Slovakia national qualifier is scheduled for 21 March 2027 at Športová Hala, Bratislava. The full venue address, running order and collection desk details will be announced. Registration and spectator ticket links will be published when available.

Competition participation is subject to the applicable official DWC rules and the conditions provided when registration opens. This website links to Dance World Cup for official rules and World Finals information. A merchandise order is not a competition entry or a spectator ticket.

3. Merchandise orders and payments

When live sales open, the product page and checkout will show the final design, available sizes, price in EUR and any applicable charges before an order is placed. Select the correct product, size and quantity and provide an accurate email address.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Available card and wallet options depend on your device and the options displayed at checkout. Keep the order confirmation and order number. If an order or payment needs clarification, contact us before making a second payment.

4. Collection at the event

Merchandise is for collection at the DWC Slovakia competition venue only; postal delivery is not offered. Collection is planned for 21 March 2027 at Športová Hala, Bratislava. The exact desk and opening hours will be announced before the event. Bring your order number or confirmation email.

If you cannot collect, contact info@zuranevents.com to discuss the available arrangements. These terms do not provide for automatic forfeiture of an uncollected order. If the event or collection arrangements change, we will communicate the available options to affected buyers.

5. Cancellations, returns and problems

No additional voluntary change-of-mind return or exchange service is offered beyond rights required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or legal guarantee rights, including rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods. Event pickup alone does not remove any statutory right of withdrawal.

Before live merchandise sales begin, the applicable withdrawal procedure, return address and any return costs will be provided. For an order issue, email info@zuranevents.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details or security codes.

Ticket and competition-entry conditions will be provided separately when those services become available. Merchandise conditions do not replace them.

6. Website use and third-party links

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or submit information you are not entitled to share. Website material and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; permission is required for commercial reuse unless otherwise permitted by law.

External websites, ticket providers, DWC entry systems and social platforms have their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not make ZURAN LLC the seller of a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We process information you provide in enquiries and checkout, such as your name, email, billing details, selected products and sizes, order references and correspondence. Technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs may be processed to operate and protect the website.

We use this information to respond to requests, process and administer orders when sales open, arrange collection, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting obligations. Where EU data protection law applies, these purposes rely on steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in secure operation and support. Optional marketing or non-essential tracking requires consent where applicable; an enquiry or purchase is not, by itself, marketing consent.

Service providers and payment information

The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Hosting, website maintenance, email and payment providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Stripe processes payment and related fraud-prevention information. Our order records contain payment references and status; full card numbers and security codes should never be sent to us by email or WhatsApp. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

If you choose to follow a link to Instagram, WhatsApp, DWC or an external booking service, that provider processes information under its own notice. Please avoid sending sensitive information through social messaging.
